Steps to Prepare: Simple Personal Banking
If you use digital banking for simple, everyday tasks like checking balances, transferring between your own accounts, or making mobile deposits, you're in the right place.
To make your transition as seamless as possible, we kindly ask that you complete the steps below in your online banking profile by April 20, 2025. You will also find a summary of temporary service outages during the transition.
Looking ahead, rest assured we’ll be with you every step of the way and will provide clear guidance to help you re-establish anything needed in the new platform at the right time.

Confirm Username & Password
Please make sure you can log in. Call 952.893.6868 if you need help recovering credentials.
Verify your contact information
Log in to online banking → Profile → Email → Edit. Please call us at 952.893.6868 to update your phone number.
No other prep is needed if you do not use Bill Pay or external transfers. If you do use either of these services, please click here.
