Description

The Account Executive provides clients with a professional banking experience by offering appropriate solutions to best meet their banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Opens, renews and redeems all types of deposit accounts
  • Orders checks, ATM/debit cards
  • Responds to online requests for bill payments, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
  • Acts as back-up to Client Specialist as necessary
  • Ensures clients are aware of the products and services available to them and promotes BWB specialty products (remote deposit, online bill-pay, mobile banking, etc.)
  • Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure sales growth and customer retention
  • Makes monthly calls to welcome new clients and follow up on previous requests

AVP/ VP Business Services (Cash Management)

Description

As AVP/VP Business Services (Cash Management), you'll promote the cash management suite of products and services to clients and prospects as well as ensures internal staff are aware of features, benefits, and properly identifies referral opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop Business Services/ deposit sales opportunities while acting on and closing all leads generated internally and externally from lenders and various delivery channels
  • Attend regular pipeline meetings and periodic loan committee meetings
  • Conducts client/prospect needs analysis
  • Act as lead business development representative for Business Services prospects and proposal issuance
  • Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure proper implementation regarding all applicable documentation and necessary paperwork for proper compliance
  • Develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations to assist businesses and organizations to make efficient use of BWB Business Services products and services

Qualifications

Business Services Specialist

Description

The Business Services Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service, technical support, and problem resolution to clients and bank staff as it relates to the Business Services products, as well as assist the department with risk management and maintaining up to date knowledge of the products’ functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails regarding cash management products including Business Online and Mobile Banking, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Capture, Online Wire Services, Positive Pay and Business Bill Pay
  • Provide clients and bank staff with responsive support and accurate service
  • Fully resolve product or service issues by understanding the request, determining and explaining the solution, and following up to ensure a full resolution
  • Ensure all clients reaching out to Business Services receive a positive client experience

  • Participate with new product implementation projects including testing and training

Client Specialist

Description

The Client Specialist serves as the face of the bank as the initial welcoming contact for clients and provides general office support to maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately processes routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Completes client requests such as wires, online banking assistance, and check ordering promptly
  • Balances assigned cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures

Description

This position provides support to the Deposit Operations department to ensure that daily tasks are processed accurately and in compliance with policies determined by bank management.

Responsibilities

  • Entering, reviewing & approving daily wire requests (Incoming, Outgoing, Domestic & International)
  • Daily processing of exception items (NSF, Non-Posts, Stop Pays, etc.)

Description

This position performs a variety of functions associated with the origination of new clients, accounts, and loans, and servicing of existing clients, accounts, and loans. This position will be responsible for ensuring that documentation is accurate in the core operating system, document imaging system, and various business services platforms. This position ensures documentation and file maintenance reviewed follows internal policies, laws, and regulations. The primary focus is loan documentation and business services review with a secondary focus on deposit account review.

Description

The Equipment Finance Business Development will develop and deliver small-to-middle market term equipment transactions with both non-bank customers and Bank Loan Officers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Locate or propose potential business transactions by contacting potential partners
  • Close new business transactions by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Maintains up to date and accurate records, files, and critical data in sales database
  • Responsible to complete a succinct recap of the customer and transaction structure on every transaction

Description

Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting; supports and assists with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the Bank and affiliates
  • Coordinate with auditors as needed in connection with year-end audits, quarterly reviews & other engagements
  • Perform research of complex technical accounting matters and provide appropriate interpretation of the relevant guidance

Description

As a Loan Coordinator, you'll provide administrative management of a diverse loan portfolio to ensure all loan documentation is accurate and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily loan function activities including initiating preparation of loan documents, payment processing, fund new loans, prepare loan payoffs, initiate wires, etc.
  • Lead loan closings and weekly meetings for appointed lending team
  • Monitor loans for compliance with federal regulations (Consumer loan, TRID, etc.)

Loan Documentation Specialist II

Description

This position performs a variety of functions associated with the origination of new loans and servicing of existing loans ensuring that loan documentation is accurate and in compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and process documentation for commercial loans (CRE Multi-family, C&I, Construction development) to ensure terms of documents are in accordance with committee approved request and following bank policy, lending practices and regulatory statutes. May include communication with outside counsel related to document preparation and other due diligence.
  • Administer the loan booking process on core and document imaging software, includes new loans and modifications for (CRE Multi-family, C&I, Construction development, and other commercial renewals).
  • Manage balancing of GL’s related to loan booking and invoice processing.
  • Process invoices for payment associated with loans booked and in process.
  • Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions within the term of the loan documentation, bank policies and procedures.
  • Preparation of Participation Agreement and Letter of credit documentation, renewals and modifications.
  • Complete CRA and Beneficial Ownership requirements for documentation and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • File appropriate reports which may include title search, title work, flood certificates, surveys or other due diligence information from various sources and prepare reports and/correspondence as appropriate.
  • Proactively monitor compliance tracking system to ensure lien is recorded timely this includes insurance and real estate tax monitoring.
  • Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions within the term of the loan documentation, bank policies and procedures. Includes draws, payments, wire transfers, payoffs, and collateral releases.
  • Resource for Lenders, Loan Administrators, clients and outside agencies by performing a variety of customer service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Perform maintenance on E/O/D, non-accrual, and special mention loan accounts.
  • Manage or maintain Loan Participation portfolio, general ledger accounts, flood related compliance audits and logs, Letter of Credit Log and other daily, month or quarterly reports as assigned.
  • Monitor payment and correspondence related to real estate taxes and insurance including REO properties, as assigned.
  • Manage, monitor and/or report activity related to denied/not approved loans, as assigned.

Description

This position performs a variety of accounting activities to support the daily finance and accounting functions of the Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the bank’s daily settlement process
  • Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts for bank and affiliated entities
  • Generate and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings
  • Review and process employee expense reimbursement
  • Process Accounts Payable Workflow accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Prepare quarterly and annual filings for sales and use tax and backup withholdings

  • Monitor compliance with loan fee and cost rules

Senior Credit Analyst

Description

The Senior Credit Analyst provides support to the lenders by evaluating the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for lending credit with the bank. The Senior Credit Analyst typically works on larger, more complex transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review and analyze loan requests, financial information, appraisals, title insurance, etc. for larger, more complex deals
  • Assist lenders with closings
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of the commercial loan documentation system (LaserPro), with a focus on maximizing production and quality
  • Mentor Credit Analysts
  • Identify historical trends of businesses or markets

  • Prepare credit presentations to be used in the credit approval process including: cash flow analysis, forecasting of future performance, industry trends, and loan performance histories
  • Develop and maintain accurate records for lending clients and accounts
  • Assist loan and credit department managers with special projects for managing risks in the lending function
  • Maintain knowledge of all supporting software, compliance, and procedures as they relate to the loan department
  • Assist lenders in maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients by providing timely feedback to client requests and questions
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field
  • 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial/Industrial underwriting experience
  • Superior analytical/reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
