Assistant Branch Lead

Description

The Assistant Branch Lead at our Uptown location will assist the local Branch Lead in managing the Client Specialist staff, provide oversight of daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service, a proactive sales environment, and efficient, successful branch operation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of the Client Specialists by providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
  • Responsible for general Client Specialist duties and operational aspects of their location in support of the Branch Lead
  • Oversee all deposit services activities to create an exceptional client experience
  • Create and manage monthly Client Specialist schedules assuring appropriate staffing levels at all times
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of BWB deposit products and services
  • Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure branch sales growth and client retention
  • Assist with holding branch employees accountable for meeting personal and team goals
  • Oversee all daily operations of branch supply ordering, vault cash ordering/selling, timely processing of night and mail deposits, balancing of vault and cash drawers, and rectifying any balancing errors, etc.
  • Manage end of day duties and oversee timely processing of branch capture report
  • Provide support and back-up to the Account Executive roles as necessary by maintaining awareness and knowledge of those job requirements
  • Assume the responsibility of the Branch Lead in his/her absence within established limits including branch security and operational procedures
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA
  • Positively represents the bank in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

  • 3+years retail banking experience

Business Services Specialist

Description

The Business Services Specialist is responsible for providing high-level customer service, technical support, and problem resolution to clients and bank staff as it relates to the Business Services products, as well as assist the department with risk management and maintaining up to date knowledge of the products’ functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails regarding cash management products including Business Online and Mobile Banking, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Capture, Online Wire Services, Positive Pay and Business Bill Pay
  • Provide clients and bank staff with responsive support and accurate service
  • Fully resolve product or service issues by understanding the request, determining and explaining the solution, and following up to ensure a full resolution
  • Ensure all clients reaching out to Business Services receive a positive client experience
  • Assist in the setup of new products or modifications to existing services, ensuring proper product usage and standards are met and maintained
  • Participate with new product implementation projects including testing and training
  • Complete annual reviews of Business Services’ clients and all necessary due diligence associated
  • Manage and monitor client’s daily activity of cash management products, responsible for identifying and communicating risks and trends
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all Business Services products system functionality
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Client Specialist

Description

The Client Specialist serves as the face of the bank as the initial welcoming contact for clients and provides general office support to maintain a welcoming, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately processes routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Completes client requests such as wires, online banking assistance, and check ordering promptly
  • Balances assigned cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures
  • Ensures all required documentation is completed for all transactions
  • Greet all clients and answer phone calls to ensure a positive client experience
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain conference rooms and kitchen and ensure adequate supplies are available
  • Scans and processes teller work throughout the day
  • Assists with scanning of documentation into internal Accu Systems
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA

Compliance Specialist

Description

This position provides support in the development and administration of the Bank’s compliance program.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts all scheduled monitoring/audit activities associated with loan, deposit, and miscellaneous compliance (no Bank Secrecy Act)
  • Communicates with auditees, write reports, and obtain responses to findings
  • Maintains compliance exception tracking
  • Record minutes for Compliance Committee
  • Serves on applicable regulatory implementation teams

Documentation Specialist

Description

This position performs a variety of functions associated with the origination of new clients, accounts, and loans, and servicing of existing clients, accounts, and loans. This position will be responsible for ensuring that documentation is accurate in the core operating system, document imaging system, and various business services platforms. This position ensures documentation and file maintenance reviewed follows internal policies, laws, and regulations. The primary focus is loan documentation and business services review with a secondary focus on deposit account review.

Responsibilities

  • Review and quality control Business Services documentation and file maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with Business Services department to establish review standards
  • Create and manage Business Services review processes and procedures
  • Review Business Services onboarding and maintenance through Access Manager, Commercial Center, and OnBoard
  • Review and quality control loan related documentation
  • Review and quality control deposit account documentation
  • Create and manage document exceptions
  • Monitor missing document exceptions
  • Monitor shared team email account
  • Serve as backup for new account review

Qualifications

Loan Coordinator

Description

As a Loan Coordinator, you'll provide administrative management of a diverse loan portfolio to ensure all loan documentation is accurate and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily loan function activities including initiating preparation of loan documents, payment processing, fund new loans, prepare loan payoffs, initiate wires, etc.
  • Lead loan closings and weekly meetings for appointed lending team
  • Monitor loans for compliance with federal regulations (Consumer loan, TRID, etc.)
  • Track policy exceptions for post-closing review and provide corrective action
  • Process and/or oversee participation in loan payments and advances
  • Order Title Commitment, O&E, and Flood Determinations
  • Process credit verification and credit bureau reports
  • Resource for internal staff, clients and outside agencies by performing a variety of customer service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies and resolving issues
  • Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions within the terms of the loan documentation including advances, payments, wire transfers, and payoffs
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA

Loan Quality Assurance Specialist

Description

As a Loan Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll provide quality assurance and audit functions on loan documentation to ensure they are accurate and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Verify data held on the bank’s core system to ensure all coding and loan terms agree with the credit approval and supporting documentation
  • Review loan files in a post-close review process, verifying all documentation has been returned complete while setting exceptions for any missing or incomplete closing documentation
  • Confirm that the Adverse Action process is complete and administer the Flood process
  • Responsible for filing original notes and transfers necessary collateral to the vault
  • Manage, monitor and/or report activity related to denied/not approved loans, as assigned
  • Monitor FIDICIA related reporting, documenting the maintenance in the bank’s core systems
  • Monitor the CIP and other regulatory requirements, ensuring they are fulfilled and uploaded to the imaging system while setting exceptions for any missing documentation.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies relating to loan documentation
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Loan Servicing Specialist II

Description

As a Loan Servicing Specialist II, you'll perform a variety of functions associated with the origination of new loans and servicing of existing loans ensuring that loan documentation is accurate and in compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • File appropriate reports which may include title search, title work, flood certificates, surveys or other due diligence information from various sources and prepare reports and/correspondence as appropriate.
  • Proactively monitor compliance tracking system to ensure lien is recorded timely this includes insurance and real estate tax monitoring.
  • Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions within the term of the loan documentation, bank policies and procedures. This includes draws, payments, wire transfers, payoffs, and collateral releases.
  • Act as a resource for Lenders, Loan Administrators, clients, and outside agencies by performing a variety of customer service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Perform maintenance on E/O/D, non-accrual, and special mention loan accounts.
  • Manage or maintain Loan Participation portfolio, general ledger accounts, flood-related compliance audits and logs, Letter of Credit Log and other daily, monthly or quarterly reports as assigned.
  • Monitor payment and correspondence related to real estate taxes and insurance including REO properties, as assigned.
  • Manage, monitor and/or report activity related to denied/not approved loans, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Commercial and Consumer loan servicing experience

Senior Credit Analyst

Description

The Senior Credit Analyst provides support to the lenders by evaluating the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for lending credit with the bank. The Senior Credit Analyst typically works on larger, more complex transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review and analyze loan requests, financial information, appraisals, title insurance, etc. for larger, more complex deals
  • Assist lenders with closings
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of the commercial loan documentation system (LaserPro), with a focus on maximizing production and quality
  • Mentor Credit Analysts
  • Identify historical trends of businesses or markets
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and recommendations on loan structure/pricing for lenders
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure accuracy
  • Assign risk ratings to support loan requests
  • Prepare annual reviews of existing loan relationships
  • Prepare credit presentations to be used in the credit approval process including: cash flow analysis, forecasting of future performance, industry trends, and loan performance histories
  • Develop and maintain accurate records for lending clients and accounts
  • Assist loan and credit department managers with special projects for managing risks in the lending function
  • Maintain knowledge of all supporting software, compliance, and procedures as they relate to the loan department
  • Assist lenders in maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients by providing timely feedback to client requests and questions
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field
  • 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial/Industrial underwriting experience

Vendor Management Associate

Description

As a Vendor Management Associate, you'll support the Vendor Management Team and serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders. This role will be responsible for ensuring risks associated with Third Party relationships, before and after entering into contracts, are sufficiently identified, assessed, monitored and controlled.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Vendor Management program including policy, procedures, and guidelines
  • Participate in Vendor Management team meetings
  • Drive operational execution of Department workflow – contract review & execution, obtain support
  • Maintain documentation and risk rating of vendor relationships
  • Provide data entry for all vendor risk assessments and contract information in applicable systems
  • Work with various business units to ensure appropriate vendor monitoring – ensure invoicing and SLAs align with contract requirements
  • Create a quarterly summary report for Risk Committee; Identify areas of concerns, raise recommendations on optimization
  • Identify opportunities to request discounts from suppliers for annual maintenance renewals
  • Coordinate logistics for ongoing vendor review sessions with vendor and contract owner
  • Partner with Vendor Management Team to contribute objectives, criteria, standards and methodology and metrics for vendor management disciplines
  • Ensure exit strategies for critical vendors are identified and documented

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years vendor management experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
