Steps to Prepare: Both Personal & Business Banking

If you manage both personal and business accounts through e-banking, you're in the right place. Note: This does not include users of The Bridge.

To make your transition as seamless as possible, we kindly ask that you complete the steps below in your online banking profile by April 20, 2025. You will also find a summary of temporary service outages during the transition.

Looking ahead, rest assured we’ll be with you every step of the way and will provide clear guidance to help you re-establish anything needed in the new platform at the right time.

Confirm Username & Password

Please make sure you can log in. Call 952.893.6868 for help if needed.

Verify Contact Information

Log in → Profile > Email > Edit. Call to update your phone number.

Review External Transfers

Go to Transfers > External Transfers > Activity. Note any scheduled transfers—these won’t migrate.

Review Linked External Accounts

Go to Transfers > External Transfers > Manage Accounts. These will need to be re-established.

Review Scheduled Bill Pay Payments

Go to Bill Pay > Activity. Use filters to view the next 30 days of payments.

Review Bill Pay Payees

Go to Payment Center. Click each payee to view and note their details.

Review Alerts & Card Alerts

Account alerts: Alerts > Overview. Card alerts: Available under the Cards tab.

Backup Accounting Software

Use your software’s backup feature (e.g., File > Backup in QuickBooks).

Deposits can be made in-branch during business hours or through our Uptown ATM at any time
