Steps to Prepare: Advanced Personal Banking

If you use digital banking to pay bills, transfer funds to other banks, or connect to tools like Quicken or QuickBooks, you're in the right place.

To make your transition as seamless as possible, we kindly ask that you complete the steps below in your online banking profile by April 20, 2025. You will also find a summary of temporary service outages during the transition.

Looking ahead, rest assured we’ll be with you every step of the way and will provide clear guidance to help you re-establish anything needed in the new platform at the right time.

Preperation Tasks

Details

Confirm Username & Password

Please make sure you can log in. Call 952.893.6868 for help if needed.

Verify Contact Information

Log in → Profile > Email > Edit. Call us to update your phone number.

Review External Transfers

Go to Transfers > External Transfers > Activity. Note any scheduled transfers—they won’t migrate.

Review Linked External Accounts

Go to Transfers > External Transfers > Manage Accounts. These will need to be re-linked post-upgrade.

Review Scheduled Bill Pay Payments

Go to Bill Pay > Activity. Use the date range filter to view upcoming payments.

Review Bill Pay Payees

Go to Bill Pay > Payment Center. Click on each payee to view and save their details.

Review Alerts & Card Alerts

Go to Alerts > Overview. For card-specific alerts, visit the Cards tab.

Backup Quicken or QuickBooks

Open your third-party tool and save a backup of your records.
